The residence is perched overlooking the rocky coast, typical of the north shore. The landscape mitigates the top of bank conditions with fragrant and diverse native coastal plants creating environmental buffer and privacy along the coastline. Boardwalk tiles span from the play space under the deck towards the fire pit and exposed ledge is embraced in the design providing pockets of seclusion and highlighting the region’s geologic past.
