This new residence, located near Hyannisport, is all about views to the water. The site was overrun by invasive plants which have been removed and will be monitored as part of the mitigation process. To enhance the resiliency of the property the buffer zone will be restored with native coastal species while the house will be raised by at least 5 feet from existing conditions to exceed proposed FEMA mapping. Native stone walkways, expansive decks and lots of space for planting will nestle the house to the site.
