We have teamed with Rode Architects on a supportive housing project in Jamaica Plain. The project combines studio apartments along with 1, 2, 3 bedroom units for supportive and first-time housing opportunities. A central roof terrace courtyard provides their own, private amenity space for residents while the streetscape is activated with large planters and fixed seating making the main entry a lively spot along Washington Street. We have just begun Design Development and will keep things posted here. We are thankful to be a part of a great project serving the community.
